Each session is intuitively guided and may include hands off or hands on bodywork, acupressure, Reiki, energy healing, cupping, gua sha, and nervous-system support, depending on what is most supportive on the day.
• 45 min — $120: Focused session for existing clients or targeted follow-ups
• 60 min — $145: Standard treatment
• 75 min — $175: Best for deeper work and integration
• 90 min — $215: Supports in depth emotional processing & integration
Cupping & Gua Sha, moxa
Short Cupping, gua sha and moxa can be included in the session when used briefly as a supportive technique.
When cupping is the main therapeutic focus, a 60-minute minimum session is required. Cupping is typically applied for 20–30 minutes within the session, with time allowed for assessment, monitoring, and integration.
