EMBODIED PHILOSOPHY

Some journeys are chosen.
Others quietly choose us.

Mine has been guided less by a plan than by quiet curiosity and devotion.

Over the years, one practice naturally led to another. What began as a yoga practice turned into teaching and gradually became something much deeper. It opened the door to healing, sacred pilgrimage, devotional practice, mantra, and the profound wisdom of Vedic astrology.

Each step has shaped not only the work I offer today, but the way I choose to live.

Although each has its own language and tradition, they have all guided me towards the same quiet truth:

Remembering the essence of who we are, so that we can meet life with greater awareness, presence and radiance.

My journey continues to be one of lifelong study and practice. I am deeply grateful to the teachers, traditions and lineage that have guided me, illuminated my path, and continue to shape the way I serve.
I am committed to sharing these teachings with humility, integrity and deep respect for their roots.

Today, my works brings together yoga teaching and training, Vedic astrology (Jyotish), integrated bodywork, energy healing, sacred sound, spiriutal mentoring and devotional practices.

While each has its own language and approach, they are all expressions of the same underlying philosophy: cultivating greater awareness, compassion and trust through practices that invite us back to ourselves.

Whether you're seeking clarity through your birth chart, support through healing, a place to move and breathe, skills to inspire others or simply a moment to pause, my intention is to offer a grounded and compassionate space where you can meet yourself exactly as you are.

I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.

A life of curiosity and devotion, always in service.

Rooted in practice, offered in reverence

A meaningful part of my personal journey has been shaped by the guidance of my teacher, Sri Sakthi Amma. Through ongoing study of Bhakti, regular pilgrimage to India, daily sādhanā, Deeksha, and selfless service, these teachings continue to influence the way I offer both in my life and in my work.

While my journey has been shaped by many traditions, it is guided by values of compassion, presence, humility and integrity. Rather than defining what I do, this lineage quietly influences how I do it—with care, reverence, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey.
