THE PRACTICE WITHIN
A practice of presence, connection and remembering—on and beyond the mat.
Yoga, for me, is far more than movement. It is a lifelong practice of remembering—an invitation to cultivate presence, self-awareness and a deeper connection to ourselves, both on and beyond the mat.
Over the years, I have been drawn to this embodied philosophy both from the Yin and Yang aspects of the practice, discovering that it is often through balancing strength and softness that we begin to cultivate greater harmony within the body, mind and heart.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for many years, my intention is to take you on a journey through practices that are inclusive, accessible, intelligently sequenced and grounded in compassion, curiosity and presence.
Some practices may challenge you, others invite you to soften, but all are designed to support a deeper connection with yourself.
It is both a privilege and a responsibility to hold space, and an honour to share this practice with a dedicated community.
How I do what I do
My teaching has been profoundly shaped by the wisdom of Yogic philosophy, the practice of Bhakti, mantra, meditation and the subtle body. Together, these teachings form the thread that runs through every class I offer.
Whether I am guiding a dynamic Vinyasa class or a deeply contemplative Yin practice, these teachings are woven throughout—not as something separate from the physical practice, but as an invitation to experience yoga in its fullest expression.
My Vinyasa classes are thoughtfully sequenced through the principle of Krama, weaving together intelligent and creative movement, breath work, meditation, contemplations drawn from Yogic philosophy, Vedic wisdom, mythology and other timeless teachings.
My Yin classes are equally informed by Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements, the subtle body, and my background in bodywork and energy healing. Through long-held postures, meditation and deep rest, these practices create space to slow down, soften and listen more deeply to the wisdom within.
Ways to practice
Whether you enjoy the energy of a group class, the personalised support of private sessions or bringing yoga into your workplace or community, there are many ways to experience this practice.

Deepen Your Practice
Yoga has been one of my greatest teachers, and sharing these teachings with others is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
Whether you're stepping into your first teacher training, refining your skills as a teacher, or simply wishing to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice, I aim to create learning spaces that are practical, thoughtful and rooted in both tradition and lived experience.
Drawing from years of teaching, continued study and mentorship, my trainings and workshops weave together intelligent sequencing, philosophy, subtle body awareness, energetics and the art of holding space with authenticity and integrity.
I believe learning is never complete. It is a practice of curiosity, humility and continual refinement—one that invites us not only to become better teachers, but more present practitioners and human beings.
